Here are some mouth-watering quick weekend menus or appetizers for you to try out at any point of the day. These are delicious, healthy and takes only a few minutes to get you going. Don’t believe!! Just try them out.

  1. Maifun or Brown rice noodle salad
    Boil noodles for five minutes and drain water. Toss the noodles with some garlic chilli sauce and Soya Sauce. Add some brown noodles and whisk it till it dissolves. Now add some Rice vinegar and little sesame oil to add some twist to the flavour. Add in some sprouts, shaved carrot peels, one chopped egg and garnish with cilantro. Your lip smacking delicious salad is all ready to be served.
  1. Cheezy chicken pasta salad
    This is an amazing recipe that can be made using the left over chicken from last night. Cook some pasta as is directed and preserve some liquid draining the rest. Put Shallot and chopped garlic in a bowl and add pasta preserved liquid to it. Steep it for few minutes. Then, take a large bowl and add pasta, cheese, chicken vinegar, shallot mixture, pepper and salt as per taste. Toss it all together and add oil and arugula. Garnish it with tomatoes and this mouth-watering preparation is ready to be served.
  1. Yummy tomato sandwich
    One of the easiest recipes on earth! Take two bread loves and put one cheese slice in between. Place some fresh cut tomato slices and sprinkle some oregano, parsley, or fresh basil. Sprinkle some garlic salt or normal salt and pepper to suit your palate.
  1. Chocolate – Blueberry Shake
    Take a packet of healthy chocolate powder like Carnation Breakfast essentials. To it, add about one and a half cups of milk of your choice and add a cup of frozen blueberries. You could add a spoon of protein powder to it to make it healthier. Blend it well and your shake is ready.

    Toast one whole wheat waffle and top it up with a slice of Canadian bacon. Add a slice of egg to it and top it up with maple syrup. Its ready to be eaten!
